the ticket is the white one (municipal), right?
if you go at the hall town dept, (5-7, Armodiou str.) you can refuse to pay, you contensate, (and they can cancel or something)
also if you get the sticker, they have to cancel the ticket, and you can have a (big) place for your bike, without problem

I've got 4 of those tickets, but I don't pay, I think they can do nothing
